New silicone rubber sealing ring (2)

Bubble Wrap Insulation (sample piece shown)

  • Make a "burrito" by wrapping the inner tube with bubble wrap insulation.
  • It needs to be wrapped enough that it fits tightly in to the female end of the heater tube.

  • Check to see that your alignment is OK

Nice and snug fit

  • Now trim the Bubble Wrap Insulation to fit the male end of the heater tube.

  • Now Screw on the Male End of the Heater Tube.
  • Take care, making sure that both sides of the internal Heater Tube are equal.
